  1. The title of this post is misleading: Laura Black was stalked and wounded by Richard Farley, but she did not die.

  2. Where does it say Laura Black died?

  3. Judge Franklin D. Elia issued a patently unconstitutional and overbroad restraining order with few facts and no notice and no hearing allowed. He caused a precariously balanced person to go over the border by prohibiting him attending his own college classes and being on his own college campus. Judge Elia should have been removed from the bench for gross incompetence. Instead he is an appellate judge in the Sixth Appellate District Court. Santa Clara Superior Court is known to continue to regularly issue fraudulent no notice and inflammatory restraining orders. That court will cause more deaths.
